A Journey Rooted
in Care

Hina Matcha takes its name from 陽 (Sun) and 菜 (Greens) — warmth, vitality, and the quiet purity of freshly stone-ground matcha.

Each collection is grown in Japan's shaded tea gardens — including Shizuoka and Uji — and processed using traditional shade-growing and stone-milling methods. Hina is more than tea; it's an invitation to bring a little Japanese calm into everyday Indian life.

We work directly with Japan's tea growers to bring that same character to your cup — with full traceability from garden to tin.

Shade-Growing

Weeks before harvest, tea plants are shaded to concentrate colour and flavour — developing the natural sweetness and calming character matcha is known for.

Quality Selection

Every batch is checked for colour, aroma and texture before it begins its journey to India — so what reaches you is consistent, cup after cup.

Stone-Milling

Slow, cool-temperature stone-milling preserves the aroma and texture that make matcha silky, vivid, and unmistakably alive.

Integrity is
Our Cornerstone

We share the origin and processing behind every collection, so you always know what you're buying. Each series is defined by its provenance and its purpose.

We work directly with Japan's tea growers to bring that same character to India — from garden to cup, without unnecessary steps in between.

Traceable Origin

Every tin lists its prefecture and processing method. No mystery, no compromise.

Consistent by Design

Every batch is checked for colour, aroma and texture before it ships — so what reaches you is consistent, cup after cup.

Additive-Free

Every series is pure — no fillers, no artificial colours, no additives. Just the leaf, the land, and the craft.

Direct Sourcing

We source directly from Japan's tea growers, keeping the supply chain short and the leaf fresh.

The Way of Tea

Your Daily Ritual

Four ways to experience the soul of Japanese Matcha.

The Ceremony

Whisk 1–2g of Midori or Shimada with 60–80ml of water at 75°C. Meditative, vivid, alive. The traditional way — before the day begins.

The Latte

1–2 tsp of Gōgumi Cafe Reserve blended with steamed milk and a touch of jaggery or honey. Creamy, balanced, and café-worthy at home.

The Kitchen

Use Kokusan Select for syrups, cakes, cookies, and confections. Stable colour and authentic aroma — even at high volumes and temperatures.

Wellness Daily

A morning ritual of Midori with warm water and a pinch of salt — naturally calming, thanks to L-theanine, without the coffee jitters.
